Who we are

Thermlock Cold Chain Systems Pty Ltd (ABN 61 704 338 921) manufactures insulated vehicle bodies at 27 Bolivar Road, Wingfield, Adelaide SA 5013. We are responsible for the personal information described below.

What we collect

Enquiries and quotations

Name, company, contact details and what you tell us about the vehicle and the operation. Used to quote and to build. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after two years.

Build and warranty records

Order documentation, body drawings, panel certificates, weighbridge tickets, handover records and subsequent warranty correspondence are retained for the life of the body plus two years — in practice fifteen to twenty years. A body outlives several owners and the record has to outlive the body.

Works visitors

Visitor names, companies and vehicle registrations are recorded for site safety and held for two years. CCTV covering the yard and the workshop is retained for 30 days.

Website

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no tracking scripts. Photographs load from an external image host, which receives your IP address as part of delivering the image.

Disclosure

We disclose personal information to our accountants, to a chassis manufacturer where bodybuilder approval requires it, and to an authorised repairer handling warranty work on your vehicle. We do not sell information and we do not share it for marketing.

Access and correction

Write to privacy@thermlock.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to complain. We respond within 30 days. Unresolved complaints may be taken to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
